Our dinner last night. Something similar to what we used to order at the no longer exist jap restaurant. Harrison said it was 80% close. Good enough.

Deep fried premarinated chicken fillet (salt, pepper, Lea Perrins) coated with cream cracker crumbs, sitting on a bed of healthy serving of greens, drizzled with dressing of olive oil + apple cider vinegar, and topped with a spoonful of mashed radish (those found with tempura). Kautim.

Samantha: Thx. Not cooking enthusiast la.. just that the current wind is blowing such enthusiasm. Other than cheaper, it's much healthier too.
