Aiyo... die la... within 2 weeks, 4 fella asked... "You pregnant arr?". I look that fat meh??? The scale still reads normal, in fact, lighter. So I thought, hmm.. must be the hair la... my hair has grown quite long and messy. Must be the hair that rounded up my face. The hair must go. So I die die also went for a haircut two days ago. While paying at the counter, the lady boss went...".... you pregnant arr?"... wtf? lols... I tell you arr... that means, I seriously need to go back to running. Sad-nya....
Anyway, back to our HK trip, sorry for the delay. I've been super busy lately catching up on long backlogs. So many things to do, so little time. So, on the 4th day, we headed up to The Peak for Madam Tussauds' Wax Museum, to meet famous people. :)
Note: You can get to The Peak by bus, minibus or the Peak Tram. I would suggest the Peak Tram for the fun of it. :p The Peak Tram's station is about 15minutes walk from Central MTR station. Directional signage are everywhere. Fret not! It cost HKD36/adult for tram return journey and HKD160/adult for Madam Tussaud's entrance tickets. Or, you can get a 2-in-1 combo package which include tram's return journey + Madam Tussaud's entrance for only HKD180/pax!

The tram coming into the station. As it was Sunday that day, there was already a long queue by the time we arrived at the station. Note of advise: Go on a weekday.
Was up at The Peak 15 minutes later. Didn't get a clear view that day. Somewhat misty/foggy/hazy. Can't see very far.
Here we are!
I was star strucked....! Aaron Kwok le.... Didn't know he is that short.
Leslie Cheung. Frozen in time. Somewhat eerie & weird.
Being the Royal Princess for a day!...Somehow, the hat seems to be too big for my head.
He and his buddy... 'Borak' Obama....lols
"William... o William... What you have there for thee?" - Now I know how William Shakespeare look like.
Spot the odd one out.
Now now... which side are you on??? The American or the Chinese?
Somebody important in Japan.... his face crumpled until so cute. I couldn't resists.
Then, we met Albert Einstein. He tried to explained to us his famous formula, the 'E=MC2'. Of course we don't understand.
Then Astro Boy said, "Don't worry bout 'E=MC2', that old man think until his hair all white already and he only thought up 4 characters... let's just fly to the moon and explore the universe..... "
I tell you arr, that Nicholas Cage arr, very vain one lor... I was telling him to look at something. The moment he saw a camera, he just can't hear or see anything else.
The cowboy...Is that Johnny Depp?
We walked and walked and I got tired. Leon sprang in front of me with his hot wheels.... aww... so sweet!
Shahrukh Khan doesn't like how I rejected his limo and went on Leon's bike instead. So we trashed it out.
Ditched the two and went play ball with Yao Ming instead!
While the man went gave Tiger some advice on the turf.
A famous Japanese sumo fighter (i think). Was too excited with the fat suit that I totally forgotten to check out his names. :p
Saw the 'still' sexy Madonna on stage.
Caught the Beatles' boys chilling out on the lounge and I went say hi... :) They just seem oblivion to my existence.
Harrison and the King of Pop!
And later, Anita and me went kungfu fighting. That basically concluded our visit at Madam Tussaud's. Of course, there are many other wax famous figures, we just took few that we like. :p For Jackie Chan's figure, we have to pay for our photography. :p Anyway, personally I feel it is not worth going for the price it charged. Can skip this venue if you wish to. ;)
But do go up to the peak for a walk to enjoy the scenery of the cosmopolitan city.
There is an open park up there that are dog friendly. We saw lots of dog lovers out with their doggies. It was really nice. Something that will never happened here in Malaysia. But then again, we were as much to blame for for such banning due to our own irresponsible attitude. Over there, when their doggies poo, they will pick them up and throw it away in designated area, ensuring the park is clean and nice. Over here, not all, but most people, when their dog poo, they pretend they couldn't see or claim it wasn't their dog's. Sigh... I actually sees many walked their doggies around the neighbourhood here and never bothers to pick up after their doggies does its business.... our civic conscious mentality. Zero.
We walked about for awhile up at the peak taking in the beautiful scenery down below though a little foggy. There are quite lots of things up there now compared to years ago. There was even malls.
When we entering the pram station at the lower peak later, this is the view that greeted us. Mad crazy. So, remember, don't ever go places like these during weekends. They are flooded with lots lots of mainland chinese. They are rough and loud, pushes people and they spit too.... yup, gross...
As we walked back downtown from the Tram Station, saw this beautiful church. Forgotten its' name. That the problem with dragging too long to blog after the trip. You forgot everything and sometimes even went like... "Did I went there?"
Another sky scrapper framed by an overheard bridge. The Bank of China Tower - 367m in height, 70 floors, built in 1990.
They even have car with number plate like this... "KISS ME"... so cute! I was just wondering, if i kissed, do i pay?
The Ding Ding's station in front of Hongkong & Shanghai Bank. More sky scrappers. It is at a park opposite this bank where foreign maids/workers gathered on Sunday to chill out on their day off.
We walked for 1.5km (or was it 3?) to hunt down a restaurant that specialized in Lobster Noodle which I saw over the internet. By time we got there, we found out the restaurant were no longer in existence. Wtf... feeling rather disappointed, we hoped onto a Ding Ding and headed back to Central.
From Central, we went for the best pork burger and HK milk tea again at Gage Street. Still love their Milk Tea tremendously and missing it even now. :( Anyone going??? Tapau one please....lols
After yummy dinner, on way back to our hotel, we checked out The Ladies Market (again), Electronic Goods Market & Sports Goods Market. All these three markets are just located adjacent to each other. The 'Electronic Goods' are on Sai Yeung Choi Street. Next to it is the 'Ladies Market' on Tung Choi Street and next to the 'Ladies Market' is the 'Sports Goods' market on Fa Yuen Street. So, make sure you go there for some shopping :) And if you still have the stamina, walk further down Tung Choi Street, you will find the Goldfish Market. Yes, seriously, they sell goldfishes there. Lols....
Everywhere we went are dog friendly. Saw a pug skate boarding. Saw two white furry dogs walking down the street. Nice right..
Anyway, we didnt do much shopping there. Mostly just walked around to look see look see. Cameras are rather cheap. Cheaper than our prices here in Malaysia. No I didn't buy any new cameras even though I was very tempted to... :p
