How To Draw A Dog Paw

I baked some doggie treats yesterday; some chicken-garlic-carrot-oaty wedge thingy.  Smelled awesomely yummilicious!  Packed some up for some friends' furkids later that evening.  Just before we leave the house, I decided to quickly make a a cute 'dog paws' card to be tied onto the packaging.

Picked up a marker pen and a remaining piece of pink paper and in the midst of a hurry, I just couldn't quite recall how to draw one exactly.  How many toes are there, how exactly is the shape and etc...
So I asked the husband was it like this (above picture)?  He said no.
He said according to comic, there is only 3 toes.  He drew me this, walked off while pestering me to hurry up.  One look at it I told him this look more like a dinosaur's paw than of a dog's.
Then he took the pen again, added a tail and two more legs to what supposed to be a dog's paw, walked off and laughed.... -.-
I added the eyes and hash.  Look!  It is a turtle now!!! Lols...

p/s: Yeah, i did somehow drew a dog's paw in the end.  It was not perfect, but can do la... ;)

Part 2 to "Diminishing Brain Cells"

The other day, when I got home from my mixed up date for the workshop (Tuesday), I mentioned about lamenting to the husband about my 'blur-ness' for mixing up all the dates.  How I mixed up the Wed's training with my Happy Hour hangout, my Monday workshop to Tuesday, getting all frustrated with myself and wondering what's happening to me?  The husband was so kind.  He said this....

"I know I know why!  Must be all the 'happy hours'.  Too much happy-ing around already!"  -.-  wtf right?  I just turned and walked away.

The Same Old Never Ending Issue (Most of us have)

I need to start my exercising regime ASAP.  In fact, I started yesterday.  Spent an hour at the gym running and carrying weights.  And now, am enjoying all the muscles sore a result from it.

Reason being, over the weekend, when I was back in Kluang, mom says I am fleshy.  On Monday, when I got home from work, kakak was still around and she asked "Che che sudah gemuk ka?  Muka macam sudah besar." (Sis, you put on weight?  Your face like wider only.).  And, and, and... the scale seems to be weighing wrong too many times too.  That's it.  No more denial.

I think arr, in our entire lifetime arr, other than 'money', 'weight' will be the other never ending issue.  Agree not?

kakak = Means elder sister in Malay language.  It is also what we usually call the family's maid.
cheche = Means elder sister in Chinese language.  That's what the family kakak called me.  I know, it's confusing.  Lols.

What's Happening To Me???

I am very frustrated with myself.  My brain is going down the drain and I am totally careless.  Forget about the not-bringing-the-ticket-to-Aquaria episode.  This is worst.  When it happened once in the bluest moon, it is silly and might be a little cute even.  When it happened almost everyday, this is really frustrating and disappointing.

Last Monday (21/2), a friend initiated a 'happy hour' get together on Wednesday. I told her I might have a training on but let me check it out first.  Coincidentally, at that very moment, the person I supposed to check with, sms-ed me "Wanna join our training on 23/2?" and I replied, "Yes, see you on 23rd.". Somehow, I don't know why, I thought 23/2 was the following Wed and immediately told my friend that I would join her for the 'Happy Hour'.  I even jotted the training down in my calendar for 'next wed' which was very well 2/3 yet I didn't realized it.  I was actually looking forward to it.  Only to realized my blunder while happy hour-ing.  Sigh.... I apologized profusely and promised I would join next next Wednesday  9/3 (cause trainings are held only every alternate Wednesday).

In January, I registered myself for 3 workshops for February - 19/2, 26/2 & 28/2.  Attended the ones on 19/2 & 26/2 but missed the one on 28/2.  Not on purpose though.  I knew it was on 28/2.  But I thought 28 was a Tuesday.  I even marked it down in my calendar just so I won't forget.  Yup, you guessed it.  I marked it in 'Tuesday (1/3)' instead of 28/2 and still not realizing it seeing it everyday.  On 28/2 (Mon), I still goes to work as usual.  Dance training at night.  Got home, organised my papers, get everything I need for tomorrow's workshop ready.  When I was at the security counter signing in the attendance, I even wonder how come everyone already signed out? We need to sign in & out.  I just thought that they do it one short.  Only to realised my blunder when I was told by one of the trainer that the workshop I suppose to attend was yesterday.  At this point, I am so so pissed with myself already.  When I got home, the husband was still around and he went "what happened?" and I told him.  He told me that he remembered I told him it was on Monday yet he don't know why I said it was Tuesday after that.

And last night, I reminded the husband that I won't be joining him for dinner tonight and I'll only be back about 10pm plus cause I'll be attending the training.  Also, I've also emailed my friend apologizing for my mixed up previously and if we can meet up earlier to discuss some issue before the training start.  I also promised I'll be there tonight.  Went to work this morning, all dressed up nicely for the training tonight also (I've the tendency to go casual on Wed).  Checked my email in the office and got a reply from my friend and it says "There is no training tonight.  Next Wed only have training. Alternate Wed.".  Only then it strikes me.

Then, another one.  I got a friend to help me get a pair of boxing gloves from Thailand.  She went and came back and got me a pair :).  I just don't know why it never crossed my mind to get a pair for the husband too.  Really, none.  Sigh.... wtf?!

Are these early symptoms of Alzeimer Disease?  I am so frustrated.  What should I do?  Gingko Biloba?

Online Groceries Shopping

I am so sleepy and tired now.  There are simply too many things going on lately.  Anyway, something to share before I head for the bed.

I was recently exposed to another method of shopping for lazy busy people!  Lols... No, not for clothes/shoes/bags/wigs/sex toys(oopst! lols)/etc.  What I discovered is even more interesting than those things. It is online shoping for groceries!
And I actually likes it!  No need to drive out to the supermarket, walking down the endless aisles of items, pushing along the cumbersome shopping cart (which injured my little toes pretty badly once), queue up the long line to pay for the items, stuffing everything (groceries shopping usually involves MANY bags) into the only space I have (the passenger seat), drive home, proceed with bringing all the heavy bags from the car to the house.  That's a lot of work ok!
All I have to do now is just browsing thru the many online groceries store in the comfort of my home (while sipping coffee, msn-ing, fb-ing, tickling the piles of fur at my feet (Rumba & Sunshine)), compare the prices of what I need from many different online store, click click click and VOILA!

Some charge a minimal delivery fee, some doesn't.  Usually are just about RM5-10 depending on your area.  Still cheaper compared to the petrol, toll and parking that we have to pay and not forgetting, the many other unneccesary 'on-the-way' purchases plus that coffee break or that 'feel'... to pamper ourselves to some good lunches.  Yes, I know all those... and don't tell me it doesn't happen.  Hahahaha...
Some require a minimum order value and some doesn't too.  You can choose to either pay online or COD.  Just make sure there is someone at home to receive your orders on the selected delivery time.  Easy isn't it?
Best part is, I get a FREE orange too!  Haha.. that's just for sampling.  Seriously, now I don't need to look like a mad woman with messy hair and oily face lugging hundreds of bags and stuffing them all into a car too small. :)  I think this is espcially good if you are buying big and heavy stuff like liquid detergents, oil, rice, toilet rolls, canned food and so forth.

If you wish to give it a try, here are few links that I've explored.  Go check them out and let me know if their prices are as competitive as the 'real' supermarkets outside. I will love feedback so that I can save more on the groceries and splurge more on the shoes!  Yes, the priority sounds right. :p

So, it is goodnight for now. :)  Have fun!

Disgusting Habits

Here are some things that I can never understand.

1) Why do some people can just wind down the window as they drive and throw out tissues/receipts/empty packet drinks from their car?  Even BMW/Merce drivers.  I thought they teach in schools that we are not suppose to litter?

2) How some people can, after changing their babies out of the dirty diapers in the parking lot, just leave the diapers on the floor by their car before driving off.  Not only in the carparks, but everywhere else too.  The beach, parks and etc.  Nobody likes shit.

3) How some people can walk their dogs yet not pick up after them or allow their dog to go out by itself where it might poop/pee outside people's gate.  I once saw an uncle, took out a piece of tissue to wipe his doggie's ass instead of picking up the poop to throw them into a nearby drain or something. Tsk! Tsk! Task!

4) How some people can let their dog bark/whine for hours without worrying that it might disturb the neighbours. I don't mean that they go whack their dogs but there is surely a reason why it whine/bark right?

5) How some people can wind down the window and spit while driving.  Imagine the fella driving behind them.  Yeah, that's right.

6) Farting in public?  Loud clear ones?  I can never get this one...lols... You can have a farting frenzy with bunch of friends for all I care... but in the midst of discussion?  That's a total NO NO.

7) Tornado sneezing.  Those loud earthquake kind of sneezing.  For what?

Seriously?

Addition

8) Double parking even though there are plenty of parkings available.  Not only do they don't leave behind a number for people to call in case it is blocking somebody's car, they are not even alert when people honked.  I double parked too sometimes but I am alert.

9) Parents parking their cars left/right/middle of road while waiting for their children's school end.  Don't they know it create massive traffic inconveniences?  Parents, just queue up on the left lane.  Not everywhere.

10) Friday's mosque going people.  Please don't double or triple park as if your father own the road.  It really is inconvenience to others.

Million-aire Again!

Yesterday was a great great day!  Halfway thru chatting with mom over MSN, someone called her to tip her off the whereabout of her MILLION (her Australian Silky Terrier).  Finally, after 15 days of agony, she is reunited with her little friend.
Believe it not, she was kept by someone staying in one of the houses behind our row.  And still refuse to return the dog to us despite of being confronted saying that we need to wait for her son to return in 3 days time before they decide.  Wtf?

Mom asked me what she should do.  I told her that she should head straight over there with a friend or two and demand for her doggie.  She did just that.

To cut long story short, we managed to get Million back.  If you wish to know the whole story, hop over to my mom's blog over here :)

Seriously, the world is really full of senseless people.  Sigh…!  Luckily all ends well in this particular case. :)
